Thank you for thinking of me for your costuming needs! Please note the purpose of this form is to communicate your request in detail, I will review it and reach out to you about my availability for this request. Please read all of this carefully!

My turn around times can vary due to workload, but I will let you know if I cannot work with your deadline. Please feel free to contact me at renewtherenway@proton.me with questions! Filling out this form does NOT guarantee I am saying yes to the commission. If your custom order is approved, I will need the best address/info to mail your order to.

Deposits are required on all custom orders before work begins. At least 50% for orders $100 and under, and at least $50-75 for orders above $100.

Pricing for customizing existing designs will be evaluated upon the initial request. Anything that is fully custom will require research of materials and finalizing of design for final cost. An invoice will be emailed breaking down price per item and payment updates.

Order Lead Time

   Please remember that custom work takes time and possibly multiple fittings depending on the design! Below is the list for average time needed to complete your order before your requested due date. This can vary depending on the current workload, complexity of the order/item, how many pieces, and time of year. Don’t forget to give yourself a time buffer if you plan on rhinestoning or decorating after delivery of your order! 

2-3 weeks for one lingerie piece in custom colors of existing patterns (no design changes)

3-4 weeks for one or two pieces custom designed lingerie or adjusted existing patterned lingerie

3-4 weeks for a custom pair of pasties

4-6 weeks for a custom body cage

   Time frame will be discussed in the initial consultation or email. Rush orders will be considered, but requires a $25-50 rush fee if accepted. Custom work is non-refundable. 

Measurements

You are responsible for getting the most accurate measurements you can. See the reference guide above for what to measure, but it is recommended to have someone else measure you that is familiar with how to do so. If the costume requires a fitting, there may be additional fees added to the final cost for shipping during the construction process for try on purposes.

Please provide as many accurate numbers as you can in inches for the necessary measurements. 

NOTE if you are ordering bottoms, please indicate where on your waist you want it to sit (natural, high, low) and provide the correct measurements for that placement. 

For bottoms: Waist (noting where you want them to sit), Hips, Thigh, Crotch Length. 

For tops/bras: Bust, Underbust, Commercial Bra Size.

For pasties: Circumference needed.

*Sustainability *

There are several ways to make your costume order more sustainable! Priority will be given to larger/more complicated requests that are ok with more sustainable practices. I can always use existing (clean!) costumes or clothing to help create your new designs! My ultimate goal is to create in new ways that contribute more to the art, but less to the landfills!

Colors

What color are you looking for and do you have a fabric style preference: matte, shiny, sparkly, velvet, print, etc. Does it need to match an existing costume piece? Below is a swatch card for color reference. I do not have ALL of these colors in studio, so some orders may require additional materials cost.
